Atlanta Coworking Day Is Back!
Atlanta is popularly known as “Hollywood of the South,” but it also has earned the title “Cowork Kingdom.” With such a massive workforce flocking (back) shared spaces, the Atlanta Coworking Alliance is excited to bring back Atlanta Coworking Day.
This effort, led by the Atlanta Coworking Alliance, is a huge win for our independent coworking communities. All Alliance member spaces will celebrate on Monday, August 9th with a variety of public and member activities ranging from food trucks to chair massages. Most Alliance members also will offer a discount for the first month for new members.
Atlanta Coworking Day coincides with International Coworking Day which roots come from 2005 in a most humble way.

With an estimated 5 million people expected to cowork by 2024, Atlanta is well-positioned to offer something for everyone. In fact, independent spaces have become so popular because they attract professionals with very specific checklists. Whether you need something in your neighborhood within walking distance, enjoy the comradery of a smaller space or are looking to collaborate with a tech crowd, you can find that in Atlanta. ITP or OTP.
Since COVID-19 has slashed the number of people who commute to work, more coworking spaces are popping up in suburban areas. People have grown weary of being at home and the trend has been moving towards a flexible hybrid model. This entails having people come into the office two or three days a week and working from home the rest of the time.
You’ll find it is a great time to visit the participating spaces near you. Take a tour, find a comfortable desk and work a while.
Most importantly (at least for the over-caffeinated crowd), test the coffee to ensure it suits your taste.
