What are you working on right now?
I work closely with advertising agencies in Atlanta, Portland, Los Angeles and San Francisco to help them find highly qualified, passionate talent to fill openings in creative; CD’s ACD’s, AD’s CW’s, Accounts, Strategy and everything in between.
Who is your ideal client?
Advertising agencies. Preferably small to medium size, independent agencies but I work with the dinosaurs every once in awhile.
What is a common misconception about your industry or work?
That we cost a lot and don’t care about the people we place.
What is your big picture vision for your business?
I’m pretty happy staying small and making a difference. If I need to expand, I’m open to it but I’m not excited about the idea of trying manage others.
What is your superpower?
I’m a natural matchmaker and have a strong ability to screen for soft skills that match my clients needs.
What is your favorite business or productivity tool?
What business book should every everyone read?
I have no idea. I don’t really read books about business. I really liked reading Catcher in the Rye.
I love everything about this place. Location, vibe and the people I’m around every day.
What advice would you give someone considering coworking?
Tour multiple spaces until you find the one that fits. Once you commit, actually use the space. I like it more when the office is crowded.
Tell us about your experience at Alkaloid?
It’s been amazing. My productivity has gone up 300% (I made that number up but I get a lot more done).
